I am an executive creative director and brand strategist with 30 years of experience building brands, leading teams, and delivering original content across every channel. I have led large global creative teams producing campaigns across the US, APAC, and EMEA, tailoring messaging and execution to reach audiences in distinct markets. My conviction is that great B2B creative begins with a real customer problem. Every engagement starts with persona research and a clear problem-solution framework, ensuring creative output is rooted in audience understanding, the kind that fuels aesthetic inspiration from the inside out. That discipline, combined with a belief that user experience is where brand perception is won or lost, has shaped every project from early HCI-driven work at Clement Mok Designs and Razorfish to the recent Helix Earth rebrand. I have deep roots in B2B SaaS and enterprise software, with a parallel career as a documentary filmmaker that brings uncommon storytelling depth to commercial work. I thrive in fast-moving, collaborative cultures where creative output drives measurable business results.

Additionally…I am a California-based award-winning filmmaker, photographer, writer, and multi-disciplinary artist. Notable film festival official selections for documentaries include Hawai'i International Film Festival, Florida Surf Film Festival, Save the Waves Film Festival, Patagonia Film Festival, Surf at Lisbon Film Festival, Women's Sports Film Festival, San Diego Surf Film Festival, and the Women's Surf Film Festival. Beth's work has been featured in The Surfer's Journal, Surfer Magazine, The Inertia, Surfline, Whalebone Magazine, Blue Magazine (Japan), and KCET Los Angeles. Commercial clients include Benefit Cosmetics, KassiaSurf, Vans, Universal Music Group, Carve Designs, FlexPower, Onda Wellness, Withitgirl, Mamala Surf, and KassiaSurf. I’ve travelled all over the world covering events for Vans and shooting original films. My home base is Ventura (just north of Los Angeles). I am a member of Rolling Cerros Run Club and the Malibu Surfing Association competition team, former team captain, and past president/chairman of the board. She is supported by Ventura Surf Shop, William Dennis Surfboards, and Mamala Surf wetsuits.
